@JetBlue One week later, I never heard back. I called and waited on hold again for over 1.5 hours, only to hear that this process and this department actually doesn’t even exist within your company. Also, there was no mention of this in the previous person’s note.
@JetBlue One week ago, I waited on hold for over an hour to speak with someone (and eventually a manager) about a complaint and requesting a refund. She told me that she would file a complaint with some department within your company and I would hear back via email.
