@oliverjones1988 @SnapfishUK Judging by twitter posts they’ve done it to everyone. I ordered on 12th and paid extra and mine now says 29th. Chat is useless and they just tell you to wait until 2 days after the delivery date!

@SnapfishUK ordered on 12th Dec and paid extra to guarantee delivery before Xmas. Estimate was 16th - now being told it won’t be until 29th and chat won’t help until 2 days after the new estimate. It’s Christmas presents - not much use delivered after Christmas!!
