@UKVolkswagen I rang 4 dealers and 6 local garages. If I was happy to travel 2 hours to Scotland they could see me in 3 weeks rather than 5. Still not satisfactory service at all and very disappointed.

@UKVolkswagen what has happened to customer service and adequate infrastructure? Over 5 weeks to get an appointment for diagnostics ; and that requires me to leave my car there all day 8-4pm with no courtesy car because that was October! #ID7GTX

@SageAppliances customer service is very poor. Issue logged 2 weeks ago, sent clear issue instructions , uploaded a video by transfer that you watched 5 days ago. No feed back, still no resolution. Unhappy customer - case R102772074

I’ve been on furlough / flexible furlough since March 2020. On Tuesday I have 20 members of kitchen staff arriving, some old faces, some new faces & it’s back to full time work. What a wild year! (Still looking for a right hand man sous chef to join the team)

Disgusted with service from @ManoMano_UK , ordered a playhouse for my children very early during lockdown with guaranteed delivery. Very quick to take money then email today , 5 days after delivery due saying another month.. People do not use, horrendous service

@ManoMano_UK Then you need to manage the supply chain better and communicate with customers. The service has been franky appalling and reactive at best. We chose you because of lead times which were clearly fictional.. poor service , unhappy children

Looking for an 8x6 or 7x5 playhouse / summerhouse for children in garden, waited 5 weeks and been let down by @ManoMano_UK who now claim another 5 weeks.. Children so upset.
