There are such candidates do exist who have cleared their COC but unable to join because not having TASCO and CHEMCO courses cert..

Do something for online courses so, we don't have to go through the unemployment phase.

Why can't modular courses like TASCO, CHEMCO,GASCO & other STCW courses/refresher courses be started online which not require practicals or any physical presence? Certificates can be mailed by post.
U need 2 Act fast on dis!

Why is @dgship_goi silent on start of virtual classes for Modular courses which doesn't require practical training ?
If you can start pre sea and competency courses through online class why not Modular course ! 4 months and no solution yet ?!!

Issue the certificate after course by post or email. Now for the exam, the assessment in the new e-learning module itself is of great standard. That result can be used for the time being

Hundreds of new CoC holders and Fresh graduates of Jan and Feb await to do advanced /basic modular courses for joining. Making it online is the only way. It's high time DG issues a circular. Even colleges are waiting.
