@AmericanAir I’ll be anxious to see if there is any improvement in July. Flying in and out of the terminal E satellite is undesirable as is @SkyWestAirlines .

@AmericanAir Acees to the satellite terminal E for anyone with mobility issues is abysmal. You should abandon this terminal until @DFWAirport shapes up. Shame on both of you. There is an American with Disabilities act! #Shameful #poorcustomerservice #ADA

@AmericanAir @DFWAirport needs to address this deficiency. I really don’t understand why @AmericanAir leases any gates on the E satellite terminal. The Admiral’s Club is substandard as well.
