@rupdeshmukh The Bitter truth is that whatever you do research and publish in high impact, there is no value of those in Indian universities. Because according to UGC guidelines, if you publish in no impact journals you will be given 2 marks and if you publish in Nature you will get 2 marks.

@DrNobleKKurian First of all The Govt. of India has no interest in Science or Scientist. It is considered as the tertiary things in India which is reverse in US.The job condition is absolutely horrible as Nepotism and reservation ends all the roads in this field for many Bright young Scientist

@ShilpySharma14 @joelpalpath Expectations is to publish in nature but providing fellowship is just like publishing in Current Science. In india,the more you read, the less you earn and vice versa. Because in india to be a prime minister no educational qualification is required.
