@banglani I believe all Banks (at least the public sector ones) are supposed to provide basic banking facilities at the senior’s doorstep - far from reality. Seen so many seniors struggling at branches to get their simple banking needs met.

In the tech world, if we discount sales and marketing teams, majority of other teams (product, design, eng., etc.) have a higher number of introverts. Interestingly, majority of them are in denial that they are such.

Started 2023 with a big bang on the reading front. Finished reading "The Phoenix Project". Outstanding book telling the story of IT ops evolution and the importance of devops. Must read for anyone in product management to understand the importance of CI/CD.

@andybudd @johncutlefish Product discovery is a partnership between product managers, designers and eng. leads - it's not a product manager or designer's agency. Good product managers are also in some shape or form good planners so they naturally end up driving (and coordinating) the discovery activities

The problem with framework based thinking is that most of the time is spent on figuring out which framework to use.
