🚨Today @Meta proved its blatant complicity with genocide.

They removed the account of @AnasAlSharif0 on Instagram (one which had more than a million following his reports).

Understand that Anas along with other peers were directly targeted by Israel in execution attempts for their reporting.

Meta is attempting to erase Anas from social media presence, a trademark of fascist regimes.

This is a clear violation of right for press and right to exchange knowledge especially in such circumstances of apocalyptic scale.

It is our duty to challenge and confront these policies which borrow from Israel’s military handbook of “perception shaping.”

This should disturb so many of us and any hesitation to mobilize is participation in the slaughter of not just media personnel but thousands of Palestinians.
