The Delhi High Court has NOT ordered that Sonam Wangchuk be shifted to a hospital.

The Court only directed:
1.Daily medical monitoring by government doctors.
2.Any medical intervention considered necessary by doctors should be provided.

There is no explicit direction for hospitalization or forcible transfer.

@SP_Rewa 1/n Sir, yesterday an unidentified individual who was heavily drunk stroked my friend’s vehicle. My friend was sitting at amahiya thana from2 PM to 5 pm and police officials to file the fir.
