@Ariens my parts shipment is lost with fedex. @FedEx will only talk to the shipper and is no help at all. I can’t get in contact with anyone at Ariens. How can this be resolved?
@PhilipsNorelco why can't anyone on your support team listen to an issue? Waiting over a week for a response and get an email saying my case was being closed. Called and was told I have to wait another 3 to 5 business days for a supervisor. Not acceptable.
@amazon@AmazonHelp do your drivers know what is in each package? I don’t appreciate them throwing the boxes even if it’s nothing that can break. Also it was supposed to be left on the back porch per the delivery instructions.

@OptimumHelp Need a direct number to contact sales. I was told by chat to call a number, sat on hold for close to 30 minutes, told it was tech support, rep was rude and couldn't help. Transferred somewhere, now on hold again, for over 20 min, no idea who i am waiting for
