#RemovePayAnomalyCIL JUNIOR executives are the backbones of CIL. E1 TO E5 level executives do the 80% job in all RI s and HQ. Please don't demoralise us so that the back will be gone only bones will be left out. We are demanding our right.
#RemovePayAnomalyCIL JUNIORS are the base of any company pyramid structure. So the base must be always strong and firm.The pay anomaly demoralizes the junior executives of Coal India which may trigger to the collapse of the CIL PYRAMID.
