.@coinmetrics At first glance the volatility level appears to be highly correlated with network value? (Which shouldn’t really be a surprise.) If that’s the case, the add’l volatility in $GUSD makes sense w/ it’s decline both in relative and absolute terms among its peers

Since the creation of stablecoins, their volatility has been trending down.

Interstingly, $USDC is the least volatile, $GUSD is the most and $USDT volatility at all time lows.

This could indicate the presence of more efficient arbitraging or increased market credibility
