@MyIndusIndBank Whats happening? Why are simple Credit card refunds not being processed? Repeated SR numbers being given and customers asked to wait for 5 working days each? Am I the only one facing this? Following up since Sept. SR number of 20 Jan: 720425567

SR number of 20 Jan: 720425567 - 5 working days definate
SR number of 13 Jan: 713910176 - approval is recvd, wait for 3 - 4 working days.
