@Marlene91221183 @Lucymaywalker I'm 5ft 1,generally queue for hours to be able to see (been known to camp for the same reason).I then leave a respectful gap between myself & those in front of me. More often than not this then gets filled by someone squeezing in at the last minute blocking my view 😪.

@KReidy1 @MartinSLewis As I childminder I agree with this also... I find 'free hrs' misleading to the general public.. I think the funding entitled should go into an account (like the government tax free account) the we invoice as normal and parents pay from the account and top up... less paperwork too

@vikijordan @MartinSLewis Another childminder here,our local funding is £4.21 per hr.if all age groups are funded at this rate not many will be able to maintain a setting :( Additional children is not the answer, I have safety concerns over the proposed 1 to 5 ratio. We'll be blamed if an accident occurs

@MartinSLewis Here's hoping (as a childminder) that the government plan to pay more than the current £4.21 per hr when all children are funded 😬.. wish it wasn't advertised to parents as free childcare, alot do not realise that we are paid so little ☹️
