What’s everyone using for alternatives to Shopify payments?

I recently received a large influx of chargebacks. We ran a pre-order sale for a new product and shipping ended up getting delayed.

Luckily all orders ship tomorrow.

We aren’t dropshipping shitty products.

Our store is 3+ years old and they placed a 10% reserve on payouts until we resolve our chargeback rate. I’m worried we will get banned and want a backup ready just in case.

@harleyf let me know if there’s anything I can do to prevent this!

@ecom_cork Running this pretty aggressively as we have the same issue. The only real headache is the unknown cancellation rate.

It seems no matter how transparent we make the estimated ship date some people still don’t realize it’s a pre-order at time of purchase.
