we literally just requoted their fulfillment

they were already with a solid China 3PL and nothing was really wrong

orders were shipping, service was fine, delivery times were normal

their rates were just higher than they needed to be

we get pretty aggressive courier pricing because of the amount of volume behind our operation + the relationships we’ve built with the major shipping lines

so we ran the exact same products, weights and main destinations through our rates

similar delivery times

around $7k/month cheaper

$84k/year for basically changing nothing else in the business lol

sometimes the easiest margin improvement has nothing to do with your ads
