My wife showed me some Instas about burpees which I have never liked. Which is why my recruits during the BMQ courses I taught never did them!

They did a lot of plank though…..

Well, Canada lost to Switzerland 2-1. I saw the Swiss goals but was in the kitchen for the CDN one. My wife told me to go back but we didn’t equalize.

@Md1819 @LawProfHolloway I don’t know about being the highest paid, but we must be up there certainly. Current govt gave most members of armed forces (not just navy) a 14% raise last year. Sailors now get $100/day extra while at sea.

@katieculture @ChartwellNT Caffeine is key to a good employee anywhere. I am in the RCN and we once ran out of coffee and put into port to get more because otherwise…..yikes!
