Trading futures since 1998. Now w/out the floor traders to capitialize on the swings--focused on Micros and ride the daily STOOL grinding. 2 to 3 trades a day
@GrainsGorilla Maybe the fact that the hybrids take drought really well, remember a few years ago when Illinois had no rain in June and still bumper crop has something to do with common sense
@BeardoTrader Had to refocus all my attention on trend days since the pits were vacated and micros came along. I do have a Vix range that I will focus on reversals but that equates to about 1/5 of the trading year, some years not at all

@NicoAIQ Good article. Those FB input maps backed up my thoughts that those marginal states wonโt put in that many acres. Also I see Indiana and Ohio as areas that could get dry quick based on MJO patterns. SE dry spring could be telling where/if the summer block sets up
@Bluekurtic Almost have to be a trader in these things, the Mar 12 and Mar 16 studies carried more weight and changed my mindset from pullback to correction
