how many Tx counties are being seeded?
has TWM expanded into New Mexico, as was planned?

if CS is truly beneficial, why all the secrecy? why don't they (or TDLR) have to report to the public, who are funding it? why no nightly reports during the weather forecast, detailing how the weather is being modified and the justification for it? similar to their 'questionable' reports to TDLR on how many additional inches of rain was created by seeding a particular storm.

Nursing homes are far worse than people can fathom.
$17K/mo for a semi-private, 12x12 space- what Medicare pays for up to 3mo following a qualifying hospitalization.

Staffed with 98% foreigners who barely speak English. Where's ICE? I suspect they may be target-rich environments for illegals/visa holders.

Aides not supervised, neglect rampant. (No GED, 60 hrs online training, 40 hrs in facility, multiple guess exam)
Production line care, no accommodation of personal differences/preferences. No consistency. Aides moved around frequently. Focus on meeting census, not resident care and continuity.

3 meals served 8-5. No food available for 15 hrs. (Other than dry deli meat/white bread sands that sit at nursing station un-refrigerated all night). Website claims home cooked; but it's pre-cooked, highly processed, high sodium, heat/serve from Sysco. Daily errors. No food if sleeping at mealtime, or served later after sitting out for hours.

Hygiene neglected. Arrive non-ambulatory but continent, put in diapers, left in bed. No transfers to toilet. Showers, rare. Rampant UTIs/Meds. Facility reeks of human waste. Fabric furniture in common area, wet with urine daily.

Those who walk fair better. No regularly scheduled exercise to maintain mobility. Loose mobility, and you have no quality of life, lifespan will be shortened.
No time outdoors.

Residents referred to as 'patients' and treated as such!
Excess meds, Med errors (life-threatening), rx changes w/o consent. Staff can't read/comprehend orders.

Total disregard of regulations. HHS turns a blind eye. Zero accountability.
The tip of the iceberg... Abysmal.

Filed a complaint with Tx HHS re: H2H. Ignored. Deceptive practices, fraud.
ICE really needs to be going into nursing homes, where 95% of the staff are foreign, speak broken English. Mostly Africa, some Indian. How many on Visas or illegal? Might find more there than Home Depot parking lots.
