On the 250th anniversary of our country's independence, I am reminded of Judge Gildea's recent speech, in which he lectured everyone about not discussing the coverup of John O'Keefe's murder outside of the "solemnity of the courtroom."
Our Founding Fathers, the men who risked their lives by signing the Declaration of Independence, would've laughed at that idea. He said that our Founding Fathers would want American citizens to maintain "the quiet expectation of fairness" after watching an innocent man's murderers get covered up by a tyrannical government, an innocent woman framed for his murder, and an award winning journalist indicted and incarcerated for refusing to remain silent about it.
He clearly knows very little about the Founding Fathers.
Sam Adams and John Hancock's idea of fairness involved hot tar and feathers for tyrants, and to do so in the loudest way possible. Only a tyrannical government would want the public to refrain from discussing the behavior of a neo-Nazi detective who has tried to take away my liberty and Karen Read's.
The "quiet expectation of fairness" is something that never existed in this country, and our right to talk about it on social media ensures that the government will think twice before ever doing this to anyone else ever again.
HELP @DoctorTurtleboy and Karen with their defense funds, pick one or both and donate $4 for July 4.

We are stronger together!!!
Karen Read spent more than three years with the full weight of the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts on her back and breathing down her neck.
And she NEVER, NOT ONCE, cracked.
Proctor spends ONE FUCKING DAY in the deposition hot seat and has a panic attack that requires him to leave crying.
I've never been a feminist.
But if I was gonna pick a day to become one, today would be that day.
Fuck you, Proctor.
There's some shit you can only ask God to forgive.
Robert Cosgrove has refused to hand over Michael Proctor's disturbing text messages to us because Proctor "didn't play an investigative role" in my case. But July 2023 text messages between Proctor and Bukhenik show the exact opposite. Proctor was actively looking for ways to have me charged, not because I committed a crime, but because I was writing about him, it annoyed and offended him, and he didn't like the fact that I was calling him corrupt.
If @DoctorTurtleboy was wrong in his journalism… he would’ve never been arrested twice in 2023, sent to jail for 60 days and hit with a list of absurd charges. He would have been quietly laughed off.
The way they went after him, only showcased that the framing of Karen Read and the coverup of John O’Keefe’s murder was just as real as it was believed to be.
They wanted to lock up Karen and throw away the key. They wanted to lock up TB too for covering her story.
The MSP is a better place without Michael Proctor and Brian Tully.
The charges against Aidan Kearney must be dropped.
After hearing Turtleboy’s motion to compel Proctor’s communications by the amazing Mark Bederow, I don’t see how this case ever gets to trial. There’s going to be mountains of evidence the investigation was flawed, bias and in bad faith. Michael Proctor is radioactive and his downfall is glorious.
