If you can't get my order picked up or there's any problem please cancel and refund my money so that I can book from some other company. Never expected from tata . No one responds on your help line number and what's app. You leave me no choice to compliant to consumer grievance.

@HDFCBank_Cares I have already visited the branch and according to them there's no solution/rules for emergency/health/exception case , which is really sad to hear. In the time of crisis your bank has no solution and now corona virus is a big risk . Please help someone who's in need.

@HDFC_Bank my father has met with an accident and fractured his right (signing)hand and we want to withdraw money but we cant as he can't sign his cheque. We asked the manager to take our thumbprint but hdfc has no solution. Please help and find a solution
