@PanasonicIndia only received 1 visit from a technician Mr. Bhim Singh on 15th Dec & was told that that software update required for my TV has to be done by pen drive. So far nothing after that.

@PanasonicIndia how much time does it take for your service center to resolve a complaint. I registered my complain on 10th December regarding LED TV and the complain is still pending.

@LGIndia Unfortunately I am stuck outside India right now and can not call your toll free numbers. But this AC has been giving problems since beginning only. After each service, the gas is gone and we have to repeatedly arrange service. There is a high possibility it's a defective piece.
