@zomato @zomatocare worst customer service from zomato. Restaurant is agreeing that its their mistake and i can ask for refund. Zomato is simply ignoring and closing the thread without asking. I even submitted the video of the issue. Happened third time in a row now. #nozomato

If this continues and i don't get my funds this week, I'll switch all accounts to a better company. Cant wait 2 months for a withdrawal.
