Had problems with Packlink? Ordered collection of parcels but the Hermes one’s scanner didn’t recognise parcel so wouldn’t take it. Went on line to lady who couldn’t help & said she’d contact Hermes Still not heard & had to pay for 2nd courier no answer to request for money back
