Bill Simmons: In terms of teammates with consecutive numbers on their jerseys, where do we rank Wemby and Harper with the #1 and #2 jerseys? You have to put McHale and Bird at the top spot with #32 and #33 right?
Joe House: I can't do this anymore. There has to be more to life
There’s a woman courtside here in San Antonio who brought a mini Oscar trophy to present to SGA whenever he hits the deck. More sights/sounds/analysis on the @TheAthletic live blog here.

One of the best stories of the entire bowl season just went down in San Antonio.
Bram Kohlhausen, who made his only career start for TCU in the 2016 Alamo Bowl, totaled 396 yards and 4 TD in a comeback OT win over Oregon. In 2023, he was injured in a hunting accident after falling more than 70 feet and had to have both of his legs amputated.
A decade later, he was back in the Alamodome tonight to root on QB Ken Seals — a lifelong TCU fan who also made his only career start in the Alamo Bowl in a comeback OT win over USC.
Both will never have to buy a drink in Fort Worth ever again.
An amazing story only fit for college football.
