To gauge the health of a society, observe the esteem, respect, and compensation afforded to its teachers. Their treatment reveals the true value placed on nurturing the future and shaping generations to come. When educators are valued, supported, and fairly compensated, it reflects a commitment to growth, opportunity, and the collective well-being of the community. Conversely, neglecting these aspects may signal deeper issues in a society's dedication to its own progress and success
