I’d build a per-client memory bot that sits across Fireflies, Gmail, Linear and the calendar.

Before every meeting it dumps a one-pager: last promises, open decisions, what we shipped, what’s overdue. After the call it updates the board and drafts the follow-up — I just hit send.

Basically the thing that stops a cofounder dropping balls across four live clients.
