@LucaAmb @DellAnnaLuca Idk much abt ML, but in other fields of computer science, it's perfectly normal for a supervisor to abstain from at least some of their students' papers. If anything, it is even beneficial for the students because it demonstrates their autonomy.

@daisyldixon People assigning 100-page-long texts often pretend (don't care) that the students have more than one class with lengthy reading assignments to attend. So, it's never 100 pages a week for a student with such an approach. More like 1000.

@pepel_klaasa Sedevacantism is not odd. Dissent over Vatican-2 is not odd either. Conservative Catholics will likely dissent (because they are conservatives and will see the iterdict as an "anti-American" act).

@pepel_klaasa D is surprisingly easy, actually, if the state does not care for its international reputation (and fascists usually don't). ‘Remigration’ is just a dogwhistle for the mass murder of everybody with a ‘non-European’ name or ‘darker-than-a-fascist-would-like’ complexion.

@pepel_klaasa As an actual logician, I doubt that it'd make sense. People don't really reason "logically" (unless they do maths). Btw in russia, it's often stalinists who want to bring logic back to the school curriculum. Somehow, I'm not convinced that you'll consider them to be "logical".
