I think this is fair. Iโm not a junior employee, but AI handles the boring repetitive tasks for me (writing commit messages, PR descriptions, etc.) so I can focus on more important stuff.
@FriendofTrump@YourAnonOne Sounds like youโre coming around to the fact that science is what actually solves problems and not whichever religion you choose to follow.
Welcome to reality! By the way, earth is 4.5 billion years old.
Remember the idiots that blamed Obama for algae in the reflecting pool that they all of a sudden care so much about? Itโs coming back and itโs only been a week since the โrenovationโ was completed.

@Ash_is_cold@kat_maryb Is that why red states are subsidized by blue states? Highest welfare rates are in red states. Bunch of MAGAts spending other peoples money
Iโm not talking about intro level courses lol those are obviously important. Iโm not worried about the money, the point is a lot of the CS/SE courses are outdated and detached from the real world. The intro courses, I think, are candidates for the most important courses in the entire degree program.
Iโve interviewed lots of new grads when hiring for my team and the biggest piece a lot are missing is understanding how software is built in the real world. The ones with internship experience were miles ahead of the others for this reason alone. For example, there was only one course offered around testing/validation/verification and it wasnโt even a required course.
Also, I never insulted or shit on the other professors, all I said was my best professors were the ones that worked in industry and then came back to teach.
@Skot14308565@stoolpresidente Sorry I donโt like spending thousands on a degree to learn outdated techniques for diagraming a software system that no one actually uses anymore
