It has been 18 months since we paid the 90% of the contract value . The elevators were to be commissioned in three months . But there is no closure . They do not respond to any of our communications .

We are a real estate company in mumbai . We have ordered two Mitsubishi lifts for our malad project . It has been two years and the installation is still not completed . We have paid 90% of the contract value .
