You can't lose track of tax money you haven't collected in the first place. If we were losing this incredible amount of money for so long without anyone noticing then it's pretty fair to say that the money wasn't needed in the first place.

Reduce taxes by 2/3rds, lets start over, you'll find out exactly what needs money and what doesn't.

I’m already paying $200/year here in Texas, adding another $130 is in no way fair. There is absolutely no good reason to tax us more on anything! If anything, taxes need to be reduced dramatically. If they can’t responsibly spend the egregious amount of tax income they already have they aren’t going to suddenly become responsible with more free money.
