@cryptocom I have had a terrible experience I sent xrp form my ledger the deposit stays at pending. When I contacted them they shot I may have made a mistake by not putting the tag in but I dis 24 hours later sending 4 emails 5 messages later and no reply. Can anyone help.

@SerjezKunz They put Mr threw a prossess. That prossess took all my xrp from my ledger. They said to make transactions on that wallet that would release the money taken guess what happened 2 days later they took that aswell. They have access to my xrp wallet taking everything I put in.
