@InterConHotels @HolidayInn Stayed at an IHG hotel but did not receive IHG points. The hotel said group bookings don’t earn points, yet some in our group received points while others, including me, did not. This inconsistency feels discriminatory. Please investigate and resolve.

I’ve have been in contact with both IHG rewards and the Holiday Inn Cambridge for over a week and nothing has been resolved. Only a failure to return promised phone calls and a revolving circle trying to ensure me that points haven’t been awarded to anyone
