So @netflix wants to cost teachers even more money? Not paying for two accounts so I can show videos in my classroom. Not to mention, my phone and iPad have a different IP addresses than my house and I’m not always home when I’m using it. Curious how they think this will help 😂

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

I find it insane that @roku and @AppleTV don’t have it together enough to have closed captioning for @TedLasso. Seriously, what gives? I thought it was my old roku but the brand new doesn’t have the option either.

Hey @Cuisinart! Why do you build cheap appliances that break after 8 uses?

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

@DrKMercadante @GetKahoot @GoogleForEdu That makes me feel better that I’m not the only one!

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

I am just asking that @GetKahoot works with @GoogleForEdu so I don’t have to keep retyping questions. 😅😅😅

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

@DrKMercadante @GetKahoot @GoogleForEdu I don’t have all day to keep retyping stuff! 😂

Some quick math tells me that for this to make sense, I need 5 packages of buns and 6 packages of sausages. Nice try @GiantEagle 😂

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

Just wondering the conspiracy between the sausage section and bakery section at @GiantEagle. Five sausages in a package but six buns in a package. I feel like @SteveMartinToGo in Father of the Bride.

My 91 year old grandma just told me that some people think she’s old but she doesn’t think she’s old (this was her answer to me explaining that she might not have side effects after her second shot)

Two years ago, I attended a session with @HannahGunderman on data management. On Monday, I was complimented by Tech for my file organization. #itsthelittlethings

These Samoas are incredibly fresh and delicious

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

Interesting thought here. I stopped deducting points for late work because it created more hassle for me to keep track of who aaa late by how many days. It also didn’t help the student.

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

@mrmikeMTL I just splurged on a new iPad. I’ve been waiting and waiting and finally decided yesterday that it’s a good time to get one

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

@HannahGunderman When your computer can’t handle the zoom and whatever programs you’re teaching from so you get ‘you’re frozen’ ‘you’re breaking up’ 15 times before the processor catches up

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

@wokeSTEMteacher You get to teach from home?! 😯

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

@RussMcDaid @megan_wint But have you ever had Albanese gummy bears? Way better flavors and never hard

[Babyak’s Bio Classroom @dumbbiologist]

@megan_wint Coffee.

My school built in two grading days this school year for this first semester. I’m so grateful for these days. No meetings. No PD. Just getting the time to grade and lesson plan.

@DrKMercadante It really is.

We have successfully gone virtual the day or days before every cool lab I have 🤦🏼‍♀️
