TVK Minister Raj Mohan’s Slipper Shot at Pa. Ranjith!
Basically, what Minister @imrajmohan says to @beemji is -
“You went there to protest against NEET. Why the heck are you talking about Dalit politics at the wrong place and at the wrong time?”
Both belong to the same political fold.
However, Raj Mohan comes across as a confident individual, whereas the perennial whiner Pa. Ranjith will always remain an “oppression, suppression, depression” kind of an insecure individual.
Well done Raj Mohan! @CMOTamilnadu@TVKVijayHQ@TVKHQITWingOffl
The wildest part about POVERTY is how much time it steals. Waiting for buses. Calling assistance offices. Comparing grocery prices. Fighting insurance. Sitting at laundromats. Being poor is a second job nobody pays you for.

"I could never have become CEO in any other country, including India. It was only possible because America rewards merit," said former PepsiCo CEO Indira Nooyi.
A tight slap on India's Reservation Politics !
Indians live like cockroaches and die like cockroaches. They vote for bottom of the barrel cockroaches as rulers, who rightly treat them as cockroaches. As an Indian can invariably expect, the police car passed by and offered no help.
Nirmala Sitharaman may be asked to leave Finance ministry because she has exploited honest income tax payers more than what they could take.
I'll comeback later why "no income tax upto 12L" later is a gimmick. let's first see what all taxes Modi Govt increased since 2014.
> Introduced surcharge of 10% on income above 50Lakhs, this was above 1 crore earlier. With inflation as value of money goes down ideally limit should be increased but this Govt brought limit to half instead 😭
> Health and education cess increased from 3% to 4% with absolutely no improvement both services.
> LTCG was zero, it increased to 12.5%
> STCG was 15%, it increased to 20%
> STT increased as high as 400% in some section
> Indexation removed from Debt funds and taxed at slab rate now.
> SGB from secondary market taxed
> No adjustments to old tax regime based on inflation. We are still paying many years old rates.
> Govt kept taxing exiting taxpayers with additional tax without adding much new taxpayers.
The no tax upto 12L is a gimmick because once you cross more than 12L income you've to pay from 4L onwards. And if you're a high earner with home loan etc, you may still pay lesser tax in inflation adjusted old regime than new regime.
Changing ministers may change the face but not the pain that has been introduced to honest taxpayers over the years.
Imperialism is a bitch. Especially the currency supremacy variant.
Bangalore IIT graduate wagecuck techie grindmaxxes with zero social life with his blood sucked 24x7 just to earn 50 LPA gross - only to watch helplessly as he is outearned by a US dogwalker who didn't even go to college despite working half the hours. Brutal.
-------
And then dreams, hoping against hope, that at least his standard of living in PPP terms is higher. After all, he is in the top 1% of his country's population, while the dogwalker barely crosses the bottom 50% of his, right?
Wrong. Alas, even then he is screwed. His country's productive forces (or lack thereof) exploit and enslave him in ways he doesn't even realize. The dogwalker has access to:
- Better air
- Better water
- Better food
- Higher life expectancy
- Better safety
- Better infrastructure
- Better public services
- Better private services
- Better infrastructure for hobbies and recreation
- Better social life
- Better family life
.....
Unbelievably brutal.
-------
But why, he shouts, holding back his tears. What's my fault? What HAVEN'T I done in life? I did everything I could! I cleared IIT. I studied hard to get a good GPA. I was even good in co-curriculars. Where did I go wrong??
You didn't go wrong, brother. You did all you could. The dogwalker's ancestors were simply better at organized evil than yours.
The economic and demographic effects of corruption.
Cost of land in our urban areas is far higher than what our GDP per capita would dictate. The ratio of land value to per capita GDP is probably higher in India than anywhere else. As an example, land prices in Chennai or Bengaluru rival that of cities like New York which has a vastly higher per capita GDP.
The key reason?
First, vast sums of political corruption money is parked in real estate. This raises real estate prices and high real estate prices affect everything downstream.
Second, corruption in building approvals and the like - the famous DTCP - raises construction costs, on top of already higher real estate costs.
Third, corruption in private school regulatory compliance enforcement raises school fees.
Fourth, corruption in private hospital regulatory compliance enforcement raises health care costs.
Fifth, household goods need sales outlets and those pay higher rents due to high real estate prices and construction costs.
So housing, education, healthcare and household goods - all of these now cost higher.
As a direct consequence, the economic burden on the average person gets worse. Young people, facing all these costs, postpone marriage, and postpone children or have fewer children.
That directly affects our demographics.
While this issue exists in many parts of India, Tamil Nadu, being the most urbanized of the bigger states, is particularly hit hard.
So corruption is becoming an existential threat to our society.
If you worry about the super-low birth rate in Tamil Nadu, way below replacement, understand that corruption raising our cost of living is one of the major causes, not the only cause, but a big one in our context.
Indians are the only people in the world who quietly pay for every government failure out of their own pocket.
Dirty water? Buy an RO.
No electricity? Buy an inverter.
Polluted air? Buy an air purifier.
No gas supply? Buy an induction.
Bad schools? Pay for private tuition.
We don’t protest. We purchase.
And then the government calls it “growing consumer economy.”
@akilan16 Finally its really glad and happy to see the dravidian stocks crying and weeping their shit out loud and loud day by day. Vj might not be the best solution but finally ppl got a tool to slam down the most anti tamil govt to sheer dust. Time will come when this wil be more evident
@muthuhere3 Yes. But idhellam dmk ah ver arukkum na its more good to tamil nadu. Next varavan evlo mosam terila ana first indha dravidam ndra perla tamil ah azhicha dmk naayinga la ozhichu kattinale podhum. And i hope vijay is a tool for that and it should be done in this 5 yrs i guess
Our rural school Kalaivani Kalvi Maiyam, which provides completely free education to rural children, faced delays getting approvals from the previous government. Of course, significant money was demanded and we were told that was the only way, even if it is a completely free school.
After @TVKVijayHQ came to power, approvals have happened quickly and automatically.
I am very happy to appreciate this positive development in our state. Thank you Thiru Vijay Avl for this refreshing change🙏
