My go-to method for falling asleep quickly:

Mentally counting backwards from 1,000.

The first 2 minutes, nothing.

But when I reach number 960 to 950, I start to slow down and mix up the numbers.

Then I find myself drifting off to sleep rapidly.

Works most of the time!

•Then, go back and reread on those weak areas
