@MTNza just wondering. Should it take more than a month to get fiber connected. Ordered 23 April. Just had someone come out to try and connect us today with inappropriate instructions and now have to wait for a relocation request to be approved?

@MTNza Do you think I haven’t tried this already. Also spent 10+ minutes on line with supersonic waiting for someone to give me the privilege of speaking to a “customer care” agent. Will try again today and see if re escalating the already “escalated” (2 weeks ago) order will work
