Sight Concern has awarded the railway station ticket office staff at Bedford, Flitwick, Harlington, Leagrave, Luton and Luton Airport Parkway stations with their ‘Above and Beyond’ awards in recognition of the service they provide in assisting passengers with their journeys.
The right for disabled passengers to be able to turn up and go is fundamental. Closing ticket offices takes away that right.
