Have to agree with Frank here, nobody’s signed anyone yet. Clubs may well have agreed terms and shaken hands with a player but the registration forms aren’t even with the clubs yet. The forms
Will be out after the AGM on the 20th June, then players can actually be “signed”.

I mentioned this on the show. Why do clubs announce the signing of a player when the registration forms haven't even been released? I'm not naming names, but within a few days of a player announcing they've joined one club, they're now apparently signed for another. 😆
