@Uber_Support left an expensive pair of prescription sunglasses in a ride. The app support is useless. Calling the driver didn’t work (invalid phone number). I have no idea if the driver was actually contacted about the lost item. There’s no customer support number. Any options?

@Uber_Support 18 hours later and all I have is a note that says you contacted the “appropriate team”, and nothing since. This isn’t hard…just call the driver. It just takes one person who actually cares enough to make a 2 minute phone call. Surely Uber has a working phone number for him?
