congrats to @CelticFC and massive kudos to @JamTarts. It was great to have a competitive league this year. i'll be watching the mighty @AberdeenFC at Dens and hoping that we, @HibernianFC and others can learn from Hearts this year, and make next year even more competitive

the tech faciliating this has been around for years, the intelligence of the a GP recptionist takes years to learn. Hopefully there is central investment into a single ICF, identifying who needs to see a GP quicker than others & can rejig days to faciliate
