#BREAKING - The Victorian Premier has told the Prime Minister the state WON'T increase the weekly quarantine cap on Monday to 1,300.

That was the agreement at National Cabinet last Friday - Daniel Andrews says he cannot take any risks.

Agriculture Minister David Littleproud: "Locking down broader borders I think is now becoming redundant... Premiers should grow up and work together and have a system around having localized hotspots and locking them down and letting the rest of the country get on with it."
