@deedydas This is a sad state of affairs for actually skilled Indians… any update on the numbers? Is there data to figure out how many EB2/3s have ported into EB1? Most of these seem to be gaming the “multinational executive” EB1C category. Do you know if USCIS is aware of this abuse?
