I did quick analysis of the CAB3 from @ParliamentZim, below are the findings
Table 3 shows that total physical attendance across the entire country was 54,231 people. Table 4 claims that 67,688 written submissions were collected during those exact same public hearings. This means Parliament collected 13,457 more written documents than actual human beings sitting in the rooms. That is a ratio of 1.25 submissions per attendee or a >124% submission-to-attendance ratio. Harare (3.85x) and Masvingo (2.29x) are the two provinces where submissions vastly exceeded attendees
Error 1: the four cells do not sum to the stated total. 229,600 + 238,362 + 1,887 + 4 = 469,853, not 470,117. The table is 264 short of its own stated grand total.
Error 2: the "In support" figure disagrees between Table 1 and Table 5.Table 1 implies support = 229,600 + 238,362 = 467,962. Table 5 states support for this row as 469,040. The gap is 1,078. Working backwards: if Table 5's figure is correct and the yes-without figure of 238,362 is right, then yes-with should be 230,678, not 229,600.
Error 3: the "Against" figure disagrees between Table 1 and Table 5. Table 1 implies against = 1,887 + 4 = 1,891. Table 5 states against for this row as 1,077. The gap is 814. Working backwards: if Table 5 is correct and no-without = 4 is right, then no-with should be 1,073, not 1,887
@freemanchari@advocatemahere@zimlive@Mathuthu
@waltermzembi The bid remains unclear given the situation with their CAB3, which could destabilize peace not only within the country but also across the entire SADC region through migration as a coping strategy.
Itโs beautifully simple sportsmanship: โMay the best man win.โ Of course, it helps immensely if the rulebook was printed by your own printer, bound by your own parliament, and executed by your own hand. At that point, itโs not a race; itโs just a victory lap with extra steps.
I have a message to share before I go, and it goes like this: history is full of lessons, but Varakashi, 2030ists, & Gupta Zviganandas are refusing to learn from the invaluable lessons that history offers. Anyway, we be zete hedu kuma terraces watching madofo display stupidity
@curious_edline What are Zimbabweans doing in these random countries?
Even in Yemen, Trinidad, Tobago or Laos, you can still find some Zimboz.

"We wish to put it on record that The president has not conducted himself as a constitutionalist.... CAB3 is a personal and political project of a cabal"
@JShepherdBaT007 Regrettably, they want every other old honcho to go to kumusha except Dambudziko who is older than all of them and battling dhaimenjiya
@WhyBeingUsed@waltermzembi@ZiyambiZ@AlexanderRusero You can also cite and provide evidence of a Zimbabwean citizen owning farmland in any European country. We are talking about the circumstances under which that land came to be owned. Stop hypothesing, be practical
Can you please relay my concerns to the authorities that be. Employment is being lost, thousands of them. Tax revenue is being lost
What is the endgame?
Are we getting to 2030 with informal tuckshop businesses?
While we acknowledge key milestones, let me bring your attention to the troubling trend in the wholesale & retailing sector.
