@_AndersonStuart 12% is 10355 prisoners. The government has a legal duty to deport any FNOs, but clearly doesn't act . There are estimated 19,000 FNOs at end 2024 having served their sentences still living in the community. Not acted upon. Art 8 of the ECHR is an ongoing problem. Deport the lot
