@bbcpaddy I was at a dance weekend in Blackpool last weekend and one of the aunts of the wee girls killed in Southport performed an amazing tribute to them. There were other members of the family there too.

@SirBenfro Thanks for the info on Covid. I have often wondered why I have never got it even though folks have developed the virus a few days after I was with them. I had a stroke a few years ago and I'm now on blood thinners - could that be it?

@DrGrahamLJ Would this explain somewhat the reason I have never had Covid despite being in close proximity of those who have developed it a few days after I was with them? I had a stoke a few years back so I am now on blood thinner medication.

@lizzienugent Just listening to the news and there was a piece about the Biden administration in which inflation had risen by a huge percentage. This has caused a lot of anger towards Biden which has sadly included Vice President Harris! However, words fail me re Trump as president.

@Lin_Anderson They started off at my local pub in Fulham when I lived in London & worked in Whitehall! It was a well known music pub with a rehearsal studio belonging to Emerson. Lake & Palmer just round the corner so we used to get the big bands of the time coming in including Led Zeppelin!

@valmcdermid Lyra decided it was time her monkey toy had an airing when we went a wee walk by the river this morning. She loves he walks even with her health problems more of which seem to appear by the day. Vets on Thursday for her monthly arthritis injection et al.
