@VirginAtlantic Just used the concierge app,added all my details there. Got a message from the concierge saying that "Robert is reviewing my information". After a while of inactivity and no response, the app closed. I went back to the concierge and the chat vanished into thin air. Unbelievable

Honestly feel that @VirginAtlantic's website and app experience is the worst of any airline. So frustrating to work with. It doesn't always find my booking. Double charges me. Switches to mobile and desktop view randomly on my phone. Puts me off flying with them all together
