There is a ton of H5N1 alarm focused on risk to consumers drinking commercially purchased milk. Consumers are currently not the high risk group.

We know who IS at risk! Dairy workers. They are getting sick now. There are only 150k in the US, maybe 200k max. Let’s protect them!
