Additionally, today I received a phone call from 800-456-3355 (DellEMC is what the caller ID is), and they requested that I pay that amount. At this point I'm likely to never buy something at Dell again if I can't get this resolved. 5/6

Then, on Dec 15th, I received an invoice from [email protected] on my PayPal account for the **exact same amount** as the refund I received. Confused by this, I contacted Dell Support who told me to just report the invoice as fraud on PayPal which I did. 3/6

I bought an Alienware AW3423DWF monitor with expedited shipping using my Dell Financial Services account. That monitor took over 5 days to deliver, so I requested a refund for the amount I paid for Expedited Shipping which was refunded to my DFS account. 2/6

@Garmin please fix your music app. It is utterly unusable for anyone who wants to put long form content on their watch. Trying to listen to an audiobook and get to the same place where you were on your phone? You can't go to the exact spot, you have to go in 30 second increments.

When you're listening to Brandon Sanderson books that have chapters in excess of 2 hours - or, in the case of The Emperor's Soul, where the entire audiobook is one chapter and 4 hours long - it is impossible to actually get to the correct spot. Please find a way to make your app.
