First, on May 1 you canceled all my flights this summer with no warning “due to FAA restrictions on flights out of O’Hare”. Took hours to rebook but the agent wouldn’t consider any departure other than O’Hare.

The online agent was abrupt and ended the text conversation without warning. I expected better and will not be flying @united again.

But the agent won’t even consider a hotel voucher. I get it. If it was solely the weather delay I wouldn’t even ask. But since the entire situation is due to United canceling my original flight and refusing to consider airports other than O’Hare I expected some consideration.
